Superb non-smoking spot! 😊 The room felt like it was just built, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Friendly staff that were super welcoming 👍, and a great location that's close to everything you need.

Also, location was good and excellant, just a pleasant stroll away from Bessemer Civic Center.

Stocked room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and fairly clean bathroom. Great location, just a 15-minute walk to Bessemer Civic Center. The pool area is heated too

The staff were incredibly nice and pleasant. The location was magnificent, right on top of everything. My room included a microwave, a fridge, and a writing desk.

A couple of ice machines were out but there was plenty ice in the remaining one. Hardly an inconvenience

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the delicious and diverse breakfast options. The staff was accommodating and provided us with plant-based milk alternatives.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Bessemer for a business trip. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and spacious, allowing me to work comfortably. The bed and bedding were new and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast options, including the turkey sausage, were a pleasant surprise. a great stay!

The maintenance people fixed everything we mentioned and were very professional in their approach.

We stayed during a remodel, so some of the glue and paint smells were prominent. Some of the equipment needed attention (e.g. ice machine, strip plugs in the bedrooms.)

It's pricey the rooms are dark had wait out in waiting area while they fix door them Walk all the way to room and he wasn't done yet and the door was open !!!!

The room is brand-new and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very amiable. The location is magnificent, just 1 mile from Bessemer Civic Center. I enjoyed this pretty standard hotel; it's beyond compare.
